12 - 19 April 2008 Two Styx lionesses – 19 April 2008 One member of the Styx pride was found roaring on the southern bank of the Mlowathi dam. Soon after there was audio of impalas alarm calling to the north, she then started to move in the direction of the impala’s call and came across a second member of the Styx pride. The lioness had unsuccessfully tried to hunt the impala’s, both lioness came together and greeted each other and started to moved south. |
