DESIRABLE SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid firearm competency certificate.
- Valid SASSETA certificate.
- A minimum Level 1 FGASA qualification fully completed.
- Trails qualification preferred.
- Registered with DEAT and THETA.
- Valid First Aid certificate.
- A valid South African Code 8 Driver’s license and Valid PrDP.
- A passion for nature, animals, conservation and the environment.
- A passion for people and creating a holistic experience, imparting knowledge about the bush and wildlife.
- General vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Be a team player.
- Have a good command of the English language, written and spoken.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Able to anticipate guests needs and facilitating the small touches that enhance the guest experience.
- Sense of ownership and pride for the guest experience flexible, positive attitude.
- Highly sociable and confident when meeting new people and able to entertain/host.
